This is the rallying call of our SLAM Institute network of users. They have made the shift from a typical furniture store who employs weak, undisciplined, unenthusiastic RSA’s to that of a store who has a sales team of BUSINESS OWNER minded professionals. While an RSA will wait for someone else to bring him or her an opportunity, a BUSINESS OWNER knows that they need to generate their own leads and turn “lookers,” into buyers. An RSA will sit in the bull pen and commiserate about the slow traffic or store policies, meanwhile, the BUSINESS OWNER is studying his or her competition.
